Please call Decware and have a live consultation where you can explain what has happened to a real person.  If you just got the amplifier brand new and are having this problem it is likely shipping damage.  If the amp has worked for a long time and then just started -- this could also be shipping damage that created an intermittent connection inside the amp that simply took this long to show up.
